This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between: Katie Forrest, located at Flexspace, Burley Hill Garage, hereafter referred to as the "Instructor," and the enrolled participant. By enrolling in the Makeup Membership: Glam and Growth (the "Membership"), Participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure** Participant acknowledges that all content, materials, tutorials, videos, demonstrations, techniques, and any other information shared during the Masterclass ("Content") are proprietary to the Instructor and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Participant agrees not to: - Share, distribute, or replicate any Content in any form, whether digital or physical, with any third party. 2. **Copyright and Intellectual Property** Participant acknowledges that all Content provided in the Membership is the exclusive property of the Instructor and is protected by copyright law. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of the Content may result in legal action. 3. **Non-Transferability** The Membership enrolment is personal to the Participant and cannot be shared, transferred, or assigned to others. Participant agrees not to allow access to the Masterclass or its materials to any third party. 4. **Legal Consequences for Breach** In the event that Participant breaches any part of this Agreement, including but not limited to sharing, copying, or distributing the Content without permission, the Instructor reserves the right to pursue legal action to protect their intellectual property.
